The Annual Chicken Wing Off Event

In 2008 on Episode 25, The Escape launched a chicken wing eating competition known as “The Escape Chicken Wing Off”.  Steve, a co host of the Escape at the time, challenged listener Brodie to an ultimate show down of who is the biggest fan of the BBQ.  Fan of the show Brodie took home the gold, defeating Steve and became the champ.  He then defended his title in 2009 against DJ Harmack and Comedian Willie Webb, but ultimatly succomed to the eating habits of DJ Harmack and lost the championship title. 

The Chicken Wing Off event is currently on hiatus from the show, but there is a rumor going around we may bring the event back in 2011.
