How To Listen to Escape Radio Network On Your Android Device

Got an Android device and want to take Escape Radio Network mobile?  While we do not have an official app released yet, you can still tune us in with a few simple steps.

1. Open up the Android Market on your device, and search for the XiiaLive Lite app.

There are two versions of the app – you can pay for an ad free version of the app for $4.99, or the ad based version is FREE.  We do recommend supporting the developer of this app by paying the $4.99, but ultimately, the choice is yours.

2. Download and install the app.

3. Open the app, and click the “Favorites” tab.

4. Click on Add Favorite +

5. A text box will pop up asking you to “type/paste URL link”.  In the box, type
http://sc6.mystreamserver.com/tunein.php/theescape/playlist.pls

6. Click on accept.  You should get a confirmation message saying the link is valid, and now  you will be able to name the favorite – you can name it what you would like, but Escape Radio Network would be the best choice.  After confirming, the link will be stored in the app in the “Favorites” section.

7. Go into the Favorites section, and choose the Escape Radio Network link you just added.  The station should connect within seconds.  If it does not play, repeat the steps and make sure you have entered the above URL exactly as it looks above.  Also, make sure you are on a working WIFI or 3G/4G connection.

Using an IPhone?  We are working on a guide for Iphone users as well.  However, a quick way for Iphone users to listen is to use Safari and load up theescapeshow.com, and click PLAY on the web player to the right.  Stay tuned for our upcoming guide specific for Iphone users COMING SOON.
